The painting is of an unknown man from Wales. The character in his face prompted me to use him as the subject of this painting. I wonder what his story is about. My imagination leads me to believe it is his love of life and desire to play for anyone who would listen. This painting is the second portrait I attempted. I am very pleased with the results.
